With Azeb Kinder, we facilitated our Whiteness, Privilege and Power series for all stakeholders, and we continue to provide one-on-one coaching for program directors, and are working on a Racial Equity Theory of Change for various teams as well.
With Azeb Kinder, we facilitated Race + Equity, Power + Privilege with the teachers of Roosevelt High School in D.C. Spending time in racial caucus was a new and meaningful experience for many of the teachers.
With Azeb Kinder, we facilitated a 7-part dialogue series on racial identity, racism, intersectionality, and anti-racism for the employees of this company.
With Heidi Ellis, we facilitated an antiracism workshop for the GenOUT Youth Chorus, which is a DC vocal ensemble for LGBTQ+ and allied youth.
With Azeb Kinder, we facilitated our Whiteness, Privilege and Power series for both the board and staff of this non-profit working with diverse youth in the D.C. area.
Jason Biehl has facilitated workshops with Burke students since 2018 and had the opportunity to facilitate an Interrogating Whiteness unit with the entire 11th grade during the 2019-2020 school year.
With Samantha Fletcher, we facilitated a 6-part "Becoming Antiracist" series twice in 2020, connecting participants with some pathways for activism in the D.C. area.
With Dr. Monea, we facilitate a 4-part series titled Uprooting Racism in the Yoga Community. It was an opportunity for yoga teachers to racial caucus and to dig deeper into this work with each other.
